Rahim was born in London. Always drawing and painting as a child, she eventually went on to obtain a Foundation Course in Art and Design and a BA (Hons) Graphic Design. She has extensive experience designing and illustrating for various manufacturers in the home decor, tabletop, giftware and paper product industries using both traditional and digital skills. Her surface designs can be licensed or purchased for specific product categories and custom design can be provided upon request.

Illustration commissions undertaken for fashion, beauty and portrait categories for marketing and editorial purposes. Rahim also works with fashion designers and stylists to illustrate their apparel and ideas.

Also an artist, Rahim has been recognized by The Art Students League of New York and was awarded the prestigious Red Dot commendation in her first group show. In short time she has gained a number of collectors. Rahim has had the privilege to study with color field abstract painter Ronnie Landfield at the League and figurative artist Jon deMartin at the classical atelier, Grand Central Academy of Art. She has also attended classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Chelsea Classical Studio. Rahim lives in Manhattan and works in her studio in Long Island City, Queens. She uses her full name Eleanor Rahim for her art career. Rahim attends regular life drawing sessions at the Society of Illustrators and Spring Studio.
